Sebastian Torres Greene is an award-winning Mexican director, writer and producer. His main focus is historical fictions; where he has a passionate commitment in reaching audiences with complex, meaningful, human stories that cause a real change in people's lives. He attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA where he studied Film. His first short film, Nahjum (2020), won Best Young Creative at the Urbanworld New York Festival sponsored by HBO, Best Neomex Short Film at Shorts mexico, Best International Short Film at the Icaro Film Festival, Honorable Mention at Hollyshorts, Best Science Fiction and Fantasy Short Film in Feratum; among others. His second short film, Like An Old Rat (2021), was screened at the Short shorts & Asia Festival in the Special Program sponsored by the International Committee of the Red Cross on war and the power of living; and his latest and most ambitious short film, Los Hijos de Dios (2022), premiered at the Morelia International Film Festival in 2022.
He is currently developing his first feature film.
